Red marks in thighs, sexually transmitted diseas?

i have reddish pinkish vein looking thing on my inner thighs..its been there for about a month or so now. i have ones all over my other thight except not so big. minor dots and also on my calves..what could this be? please him,

well, i sincerely doubt its any std due to the location and the appearance you describe. sounds to me just that...your veins or they could be stretch marks.
the dots are probably due to shaving.

sorry..i forgot to add that it could also be "spider veins"
