How would I get rid of small pimples near my leg/vaginal area?

I'm not sure why but I get small pimples near my legs/vaginal area. They don't hurt, sometimes they are itchy (very rarely). I'm just wondering what they are caused from and how to get rid of them.
Thank you for any constructive advice.

Hi there.  Well, this is hard.  Itchy bumps that look like pimples----  could be a rash?  It is hard to give any advice as we won't know what they are.  You really do need a doctor to examine you.  I'm sure there is topical cream you can put there but you need a doctor to determine what is going on and to prescribe that.  Can you set up an appointment to be seen?  That's my best advice at this point.  good luck hon
