Bad case of rug burn?

About a week ago my boyfriend and I had sex. Since then I have felt a huge amount of discomfort in my genital area and a few days ago started to feel a burning sensation when I urinate. People have suggested that it may be a yeast infection or UTI but there are no other symptoms; discharge, itching, etc. I don't know if I possibly tore something or if it is just a burn caused by the friction of our bodies. My boyfriend told me that he even noticed a mark on his penis that resembled a rug burn. I've tried drinking a lot of water in hopes that it would change the pH of my urine because the pain is so extreme that I have been on the verge of tears. The weird thing is, the other night I had a couple of beers but not enough to be drunk or to even be buzzed for that matter but after doing that, the general discomfort was still there but it no longer burned when I went to the bathroom. I don't even know if that had anything to do with it or not but that's the second time it had happened. We've both been checked for STDs and are clear of any so it's hard for me to believe that this could be something like that. Has this ever happened to anyone else??

You need to go to the doctor ASAP.  You have all the symptoms of UTI, which left untreated may have developed into a bladder infection or kidney infection.  I get them all the time and you have the classic symptoms.  Especially if drinking a beer helped the pain as beer flushes your urinary tract.
There is usually no discharge, itching or anything like you would get if you had a yeast infection, and a UTI is SO easy to get from having sex.  Especially if you didn't use the bathroom immediately after sex.
All you have to do at the doctor's office is pee in a cup, no exam neccessary, so don't hesitate or it will get worse.  Sometimes you can keep it away with drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice but once it gets to the point of serious pain, you really need anti-biotics.  Seriously, it's not worth it to wait it out.
