Sensitive/aroused vagina.

About a month ago I started becoming very sensitive "down there". It feels like there's too much blood flow or as if I was sexually aroused, only I'm not. Things like sitting on the bus or in a car makes it worse. It's not constant, but its there more or less every day and it interferes in my daily life. Has anyone else had the same? Or know what it might be?

I'm not pregnant and I don't have a yeast infection or anything like that.

I'm 25. I'm also in a stable long term relationship and sex/climaxing does not help. And I know I'm not actually aroused, cause it can be there even if I'm crying. I've also been having a lot of mood swings lately and so I tried to go off the pill (cerazette) 12 days ago, but so far no change. Could it be hormonal? and if it is, how long does it take for my body to stabilize? I've been on birth control since I was 15 and tried about 5-6 different types, but never had more than 6 months break.

Actually, I had this once when I was in a long-distance relationship and we had a lot of sexy phone conversations.  Possibly the female equivalent of blueballs.  I didn't feel turned on at the times I wasn't talking to him on the phone, but did walk around with distinctly swollen genitals compared to normal.
