Severe cramps

I have always had severe cramps, so bad that when I was in high school I would miss many days over it. Right now I'm in college, and therefore cannot take a bath, which used to help it. Any suggestions? It was so bad this morning that I couldn't move so I took 4 ibruprofin and 2 menstral cramp pills. It helped so that I can walk but I can't without hunching over in pain. I also have Crohn's Disease, and all the clenching from period pain is starting to make my Crohns and ibs act up. So any suggestions are extremely welcome. Thank you!
