Sex is painful?

Every time I have sex now it is incredibly painful. So much so, that me and my fiance basically don't even HAVE a sex life anymore. Even his fingers hurt. It's not that I'm not turned on when we do it, cause I am, or that I'm not drinking enough water, cause I definitely do, or that there's not enough foreplay, cause there is plenty. Even tried lube. Still terrible. I've went to about 4 doctors now and they say I have an infection and keep giving me antibiotics. They never tell me what kind of infection; they just say I have one. I take the pills and nothing changes.
But it's more than that. My periods are painful and bloody, I have cramps all month long, diarrhea on the random (tmi I know) which hurts too, and I'm so tired all the time.

I really just want to be able to have sex again without crying afterwards because of the pain...

Hi.  No one on the internet is going to be able to tell you more than the 4 doctors who have examined you.  After the first time of not knowing what kind of infection you had, you should ask more questions.  :>)  That's your responsibility as a patient to inquire about what is going on.  What were the pills you took?  The two kinds of infections are yeast infection and with that, patients can take a pill to help clear it up.   The symptoms are usually itching, irritation and chunky discharge.  The other infection that is common is bacterial vaginosis. This is a true infection in that bacteria is involved.  Flagyl is the brand name of the gold standard used to treat that.  It's tricky to fully get rid of BV and it sometimes takes a few tries and a woman's partner may need to be treated too as they may have the bacteria on them and be passing it back.  (if condoms aren't used).  The symptoms of BV are greyish, watery thin discharge and a bad smell.  Any of that sound familiar?

There are reasons that women have painful sex.  One of them is psychological.  Believe it or not, you could have a hang up that causes your muscles to tense up.  And that it has hurt lately may compound that issue.  A counselor or therapist may help.  Other reasons may involve what is going on inside of you with things like an ovarian cyst (and your other symptoms you mention could be a sign of that too)---  these are very common and while painful and causing heavier bleeding and cramping, they generally are harmless and pass on their own (will be like a bad period/worse than usual).  Another possibility is endometriosis.

Where is the pain you feel during sex?
