Hello,
The spotting can be due to tearing of the hymen but if you are having regular bleeding then it can be due to either the start of your periods or trauma to the vagina.

Just take some rest and use sanitary napkins to absorb bleeding. Please do not use aspirin as it will aggravate bleeding.
Till there is complete healing, abstain from intercourse and masturbating. If it is trauma to the vagina, it should get better in a few days. If it is your periods bleeding then it should stop in 4-5 days.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

since you were a virgin the bleeding and spotting could be from that but if its everyday now i would call your doctor just to be sure.
