3 months missed period and a bladder infection

I have had a bladder infection for about 4 months and i went to the doctor and
got put on ciproflaxon (i dont know how to spell it,and it did not work and my
parents wouldn't take me to the doctor again until about 3 weeks ago and they
gave me ciproflaxon again (a different doctor) and it did not work so i went
back again and they put me on bactrim and it seems to have worked but i still
have to go back and see if it worked. But during all of this i haven't had a
period in about 3 months and i'm 18 i dont have sex (well i have been fingered
but haven't had sex) i dont really understand why it has not came. My mom has thyroid problems so i dont know if maybe that is genetic
or what? I usually have irregular period but not this irregular like maybe a
month and a half off. Do i have like a cist or cancer? I'm sort of
worried...PLEASE HELP!!!!

you need to make sure you keep that checked!! my step daughter mom let her get raped when she was young and she ended up getting bad bladder infections, she would not take her to the doc scared that they would find out about the abuse and she times almost lost her kidney from it and still 6 yrs later fighting to save both of them. make sure you get it cleared!!!! also you having the infection could have stoped your periods
