Sharp headaches, sharp breast pain, nausea? Please help, really worried.

Hi there,

I'm worried about the following symptoms I have been suffering the past 2 weeks.

Naseaous constantly, 24/7. More severe in the morning at 5am to 9 am.. I have not vomited once.

Very hungry during the night, feeling like stomach is completely empty and it is very uncomfortable.

constipation.

Severe, intense pains in the back left side of head that only lasts a few seconds.

Abdominal cramps.

Dizzy when standing up,

shortness of breath at night.

I am a 19 year old female, my diet is very good, I take multi vitamins everyday, drink pure fruit juice, do not eat microwaved ready meals, I cook everything from scratch. Oily fish, green vegetables, meat, cheese and pasta are my most common meals. I walk a lot everyday, i live in a big city and walk across town several times a day, I do keep hydrated.

Please help, because I am suffering with these symptoms.
