what are these little sores that appear & disappear on my vagina?!

So in the last couple of months I have had these tiny sores that are FLAT like the skin & appear & disappear ONLY on the inner left side of my vagina, they aren’t *****, they don’t look anything like a blister, when they ARE irritated & ‘open’ looking they have a little bit of clear white blood cell like liquid that appears a little on the sore itself. They don’t scab up they sorta just get smaller and smaller then disappear! I’m petrified it might be Herpes because my partner has cheated on me multiple times! But the only symptoms I have that relate to it are these tiny little sores and the itchiness!! They heal within a few days to a week and then once I have sex again they appear in the SAME SPOT the next day?! (When my partner & I have sex I rub my clit pretty intensely because I cannot *** no matter what, but I get pleasure from that).  <—  So I thought that mabey I was irritating the skin doing this and causing these sores to appear because of how rough I was being with myself...

I have the bar in my arm and get my period once every few months and it lasts sometimes a week or even a couple of days. I’ve also been getting a thick white discharge but I read somewhere that, it’s common to get this milky white discharge before your period (& everytime I have had this discharge I have gotten my period for like a day after)

I don’t know if this could be a yeast infection or herpes!! I really need someone’s help/advise before I go and get checked so that I’m prepared for the possible news !!! I’m scared that if it is herpes that I’ll never be able to have a family of my own or pursue a normal life without people thinking I’m dirty!

Please someone respond ASAP!!!!

a. Herpes does not make you sterile.
b. Herpes does not prevent you from pursuing a normal life.
c. How would someone think you are dirty?
       1) Herpes is just a virus, it is not associated with being dirty
       2) How would they know you have it? You are not showing your lady parts around

Definitely go and get a sexual health check up, herpes shows up different in everybody, some can have minor symptoms and other may get it more severe.
