Sore after sex and noticing cuts on perinium/bottom of vagina

Well, here go's. I've been reading through similar topics but i wanted to start my own to tell you guys my story.

Im 19 years old and i've been with my current boyfriend for almost 15 months now, but these sympoms have only been severe since christmas. Come to think about it, i did have a yeast infection (thrush) after christmas, but i think that was down to using scented toilet paper.

Anyway, fact is, i can't have sex very often. me and my partner only see each other once a fortnight or every 3 weeks anyway because he lives down south and im up north. But we only have sex once in this time because i just get too sore! Its like a burning sensation, sometimes feeling like its tearing. And after we've had sex he has told me a few times he can see paper cut-like slits at the bottom of my vagina or on my perineum. Its sore to the touch afterwards and quite often hurts when i pee too for a day or 2 afterwards.

I'm also what they call a 'gusher', so its most certainly nothing to do with lack of lubrication, cause im almost always lubricated. We even did try lubes for a while but when i was starting to get sore the lube just made the boring worse.

I had a UTI a month ago too which lead to thrush again from the antibiotics so me and my boyfriend haven't had propper sex for almost 10 weeks as i've been too sore. We did attempt it this time and it was fun, but i was very sore afterwards and the cuts were there straight away. Its starting to wind up both of us. He's worried he's hurting me and my sex drive is dying rapidly because all i can think about is the soreness.

I havent been to the doctors about it yet but i have an appointment next week so i am going to mention the cuts and soreness then, i just wanted to see if anybody with a similar experience can give me any advice as to what to tell my doctor and what to ask about.

I also have the contraceptive implant if thats anything to go on, my periods have only just got their monthly routine back, but it is due to be removed in June anyway.

Anything to help will be greatly appreciated :)

I have not experienced this but I have some conjectures. One your partner is simply to large for you. and 2 Do you use toys? And whether toys or no toys do you use good man sized condoms? Condoms can make even the safest of sex even safer. Do you both wash up good with a simple soap like 'Ivory', no scented soaps period. With this method I've never had any problems
