Sound like pregnancy?

I am PCOS. It took 6 yrs to conceive the 1st time. I miscarried last jan and started BC.  Came off in March. I was regular until December.  My cycles were 45 days. The 2nd week of Dec I spotted lightly for 2 days.  Since then, cramping and emotional, weight gain, but no period. I've taken 3 tests with negs every time. The last week or so, I've leaked breast milk..could I be prego? I'm going to the DR to confirm. But I'm worried it's something else. Any advice?

Yes, it could be hyperprolactinemia which could be a pituitary issue.  Your doctor will check your prolactin levels and also your thyroid levels--since both are connected and then there's the PCOS which is also common with thryoid problems.

Nothing to worry about...it's all fixable. You definitely need to have some blood work done.

I don't think it's pregnancy, but since you haven't had a blood test, that's hard to say.

My cousin had discharge from her breasts...and had a whack of tests done.
Finally the dr. found it was a brain tumor on her pituitary gland.
She is completely fine but does need to take medication.
