Hello,
For this vein in breast Mondor’s disease should be ruled out. This is an inflammatory reaction to a clot within the vein. This subsequently causes blockages and dilation of the vein. It is typically painless, but can be painful.

Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi there and welcome.  Could you be about to start your period?  Could you be pregnant?  Those things do change the way breasts look and feel.  Otherwise, when is your next check up??  I go once a year and if it is getting close to the time, get it checked then.  If it just sticks in your mind as worrying you, you can call your ob/gyn and ask if is something they'd like to see you for.  good luck
