Still infected?

Back in 2015 about 6-7 months ago I was told I caught HPV from this boy. I took my 3 series of shots already . In fact , my last shot was back in February.. I no longer have discharge (I never really had it ) it was colorless , odorless , it was just a lot of it . More than usual. I never got warts or anything. I've been feeling really disgusted lately because I've been smelling. Not a horrible smell where everyone else can smell also but me , myself can smell it and I'm not used to it, I keep my hygiene up so this really bothers me . My doctor told me that HPV goes away on its own but I'm worried that it isn't gone yet .. I will call him soon though. I shouldn't be smelling like this . BTW , I did have sex not too long ago twice in one day (protected)and that's all. It knocked off my period so now when I wear the pad it's sort of small patches of tan/brown discharge . I feel stupid for even having sex in the first place, I just thought I was clean again. Could this be my period still trying to come on from last week? Maybe that's the reason why I smell horrible? Or could it be the HPV still here .

Also , is it anything I can do to get the smell away? I have Nordstroms suppositories but the directions said don't use if you have a STD .. But I don't know if I still have it or not.
