My left vaginal lip is swollen, what can it be?

So, about 15-20 days ago I got a really itchy feeling on my vaginal lips. It was like tickles in there lol. It happened for a couple days and then it went away. About 5-6 days later I was masturbating and afterwards I realized my left lip was really swollen. Like, REALLY. It was huge and red. I did some cold compresses and next day it was gone. Today I was about to masturbate again (and luckily I was recording it) and I felt a little sore on my left lip even though it looked normal. It was like a tiny, invisible cut was in there. I barely touched myself at all and then it got swollen and red again (a lot smaller than the first time, but still). Does anyone know what can it be?

You might consider taking a hydrogen peroxide sitz bath once daily for 20 minutes, for a week. Add 1 cup of  hydrogen peroxide (3% solution) to a small warm bath. It can help bring down swelling and decrease the risk of further infection. Wear cotton underwear; don't wear tight fitting clothing. Something else to consider is whenever you masturbate, make sure your nails are clipped and/or whatever object you might use are very clean before use. Stay away from porous objects that allow bacteria to easily cling to them; avoid rubber, jelly, and vinyl toys. Also, use a water-based lubricant to reduce further irritation and dry friction.

You are irritating yourself. And you have a cut and not giving it time to heal.  Maybe find a new way to masturbate and recording it?  Not sure why that would be necessary.  Young women who record things like that expose themselves to risk.  Someone finds it and posts it?  If you send it to anyone, even someone you trust, it could be then at any point, made public.  NO ONE is trustworthy to have your 'tape' of masturbating.  You can look at yourself with a mirror if you feel it is necessary to examine when you are having pain/strange symptoms.  good luck
