Swollen region on top of pelvis, in pubic hair region, about an inch from clitoris.

I just noticed I have a swollen .... something on the top region of my pelvic bone about an inch from my clitoris. I have had ingrown hairs or cysts before and this  isn't it.  It's deeper under the skin and about two to three inches long trailing down to my labia and the up and towards my leg. Also when I put my fingers on it the skin rolls back and forth and it feels long almost like a ligament? It hurts when I press on it and it is visibly swelling the left side of my vagina. It's pretty swollen but there is no discoloration to my skin at all. It's underneath the skin pretty far. It feels like it's right above my pelvic cartilage? I do work out and lift weights and I just did yesterday could I have pulled a muscle or ligament? Or is it something else?
