Symptoms?

I have been diagnosed with raynauds a few years ago, I am 17 and keep having constant tired eyes, slight dizziness, wrist pain (feels like veins are in pain, if I keep them in another position other than being straight for a while they begin to hurt. I also get pain in my ankles but the doctor has set me up for physio as she thinks they are weak. I have sprained them both just running around my block and have been told I run normally. I can be in bed for hours but don't get much sleep, I constantly feel tired to the point where I just want to cry for no reason at times and get constant headaches.

Any ideas?

Carpal tunnel maybe for your wrists, fibromyalgia, and/or chronic fatigue syndrome. Could also have hypermobile ligaments causing your joints to be loose and easily sprained. Exercise, though initially making you more tired, is the recommended treatment for fribromyalgia as well as fatigue. Try putting warm hydrotherapy on your wrists for 10 minutes and then stretching them after for at least 30 seconds to see if that helps.
