I too have a tipped uterus (so did my mother and so does my
sister).  I didn't have problems conceiving (I have 5 kids
ranging from 6 to 17) and neither did my mother (she had 4
kids). (My sister is single and is not sexually active.)
The missionary position worked best for us.  I also
elevated myself with a pillow under my butt and stayed in that
position for about 20-30 minutes afterward.  Good luck!

I too have found out that I have a retroverted uterus.  I found out after I misacrried (11 weeks PG).
I got PG in the first month of trying, so it shouldn't have any bearing.  I'm trying again now, but its not happening as quick as it did before.
My doctor said that the best position is "doggy-style" as the ejaculate is inserted further back.
Hope this helps.
Plus, with a retroverted uterus do you not find that some positons cause discomfort?  Doggy-style (man behind) is most comfortable for me and apparently is best for conception (when you have a retroverted uterus).

I also have endometriosis and had 2 scope surgeries to clean it out which is why I needed the HSG to even see if my tubes were open. They were and now I am 12 weeks along.

Also it does take the average couple 12 months to get pregnant so do not be too discouraged that it has not happened yet. It took me 9 months to get preggers. I was also charting my temps and doing OPK had an HSG and was on Clomid. It is frustrating but it will happen.
My sister on the other hand just had to think about it and BOOM she was pregnant. :) I was so jealous and happy for her.

I as well as my sister have this and we have both gotten pregnant. No position worked better than the other for me. My sister would do missionary with a pillow propped under her butt. She has 4 gilrs so I KNOW it worked for her.   Good Luck
