TTC...stupid irregular cycle!

My cycle seems to be anywhere from 34-38 days my LMP was on Febuary 3 and before that my LMP was on December 29...so i should ovulate on the 25th right?
But my problem is that i started getting some cramps on Febuary 19 like around 5pm. Yesterday i was ok, but im wondering if maybe im early this month? Me and my boyfriend really want to try for a baby, but I dont know my cycle!! Any would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'd recommend charting your BBT and taking OPK tests.  That's the only way to know your cycle for sure.  It may take a couple of months to see patterns but it's worth it.  Just get to googling for BBT charting procedures and go to Dollar Tree to buy the OPK tests.

Good luck!

I have been having the exact same problem...I came off the pill in NOV 2006 in order TTC. first month off, I was 10 days late, thinking I was pregnant ( I got Pregnant the first month going off with my first born)...Imagine my dissapointment when my period came! That cycle was 38 days( I was used to a 28 day cycle being on the pill..) so kept trying, was late again, didn't bother to take a HPT..period came in jan.,6 days late (32 day cycle)...Its now Feb and I'm due for my period some time next week, If I'm not pregnant...I don't feel pregnant, and I'm not getting my hopes up again until I'm later than 10 days again! We have been simply using the counting method (you ovulate Approx.14 day b4 1st day of period) but this can be kind of screwy if your period is irregular...The other method we've been using is checking my cervical mucus,.Fertilityfriend has a nice course you can sign up for that will explain all the fertility signs...Are you just coming off the pill too??
