Tampons

I'm 19 and have never really been able to use tampons, but I'm really sick of having to walk around with pads in my pants. Whenever I try using a tampon, I can usually always still feel it, no matter what angle I insert it at and I always make sure it goes in far enough. I'll feel it when I go to stand up, walk, and sit down. Am I doing anything wrong?

You could try using a smaller tampon. Not everyone's vagina is the same size. Tampons come in different sizes. Or maybe the feeling just takes some getting used to.

Not pushing it in far enough.  You say you make sure it goes in far enough, but if you can feel it when you stand walk and sit, it's still at the tightest part of your vaginal lips, the outer 'mouth' muscles if you will.  Try standing when you insert it.
