Bump help

I recently noticed a bump kind of under the skin located on the outer lips. It is a hardish mass that hurts when I touch it. I've never had sex so it can't be an std. What can I do to make it go away in the most pain free method?

It may be an in growing hair or a cyst. Maybe try putting an antiseptic cream on it and see if it goes down in the next few days
