This BV?

Now I have one question this Bacterial infection I might have, the sings are the Fishy, musty odor with a think, chalk-white to gray watery vaginal discharge. and the discharge may cause vaginal itching and burning. Now I had told you guys I had the bumps inside at the beginning, and the itching, but i still have not developed any kind of odor and have not experienced an abnormal discharge. Is it possible that I may have caught it in its early stages and treated as a yeast infection, that maybe those signs wont show up and with me on the metronidazole that i wont experience these symptoms? Because I have not.

Ladies please try this wonderful vaginal probiotic called FloraFemme. It's a prescription strength, very effective suppository which balances your vaginal pH and cures BV, Yeast infections, and treats vaginal odor. The results I had were nothing short of miraculous, especially since I had tried everything on the market. It's a highly concentrated blend of vaginal probiotics, and is 100% natural. You can google it and buy it online or through Amazon. If you get repeat infections, please give this awesome stuff a try! Good luck ladies!

FYI:  You can have bacterial vaginosis with hardly any signs or symptoms at all.  The "fishy" smell and "greyish" discharge are just some things you MAY experience.  Alot of women can have bacterial vaginosis and not know it.  If your feeling better on the metrogel or flagyl, then it's a good sign.  Good luck!

ok i got it now sorry lol. those are things that go with having BV. make sure you take all meds. try to wear all cotton panties, and maybe avoid thongs, they tend to move and transfer bacteria. you are fine. let us know when it clears up!! hopefully quick :)

yes, they can flare up in the groin and/or in the throat, sometimes in the armpits, but I've never experienced those ones. they are painful to touch, and the are telling you that there is an infection present and the body is fighting it.  anything bacterial can trigger them.  yours are very likely due to the fact that you have an infection.  it is nothing to be alarmed about!! and you say your symptoms are subsiding, so that is realy good. just remember your immune system is already working harder than usual to fight the infection, and it is the flu season so you may be a bit more susceptible to the flu, colds, etc.
your throat could be sore because you are fighting off a cold as well.

thank you for all your help, sometimes a little advice from someone who isnt a doctor and has been in this situation is more comforting and this is really helping me get through, so thank you=)

what is the medicine that you are on? BV and yeast infections can cause all kind of symptoms, and you don't necessarily need to have all of them. I just finished fighting a YI that turned into BV, and I did not have the fishy symptom either, it was awful and I had all sorts of things going wrong down there.  one huge telltale sign for me was that my lymph nodes in the groin got big and very painful to touch.

as long as you are on penicillin, the drug will do it's job and fight off whatever it is that you have. you're immune system cannot fight this alone. you do need to see a doctor.
