Two bumps on my left breast

It started with an itch and burning sensation on both breast.  I went to the doctor and told me all I needed to do was to change body lotion because the lotion I was using was doing nothing for me.  The doctor did not notice anything strange on my breasts.  For the most part the itching and burning sensations are gone but I have two small bumps on my left breast.  They do not hurt and look like they have a white middle to them, like a pimple, but dont burst.  Could they be cancer.  If not what?  I just turned 20.

Yesterday I mentioned that the itching and burning sensation on my breasts was practically gone.  It was, until yesterday.  This time only the burning sensation came back it reach all the way to my back side.  Just like before, I started to feel this weeks before I get my period.  MY period will come sometime around September 1.  Could my body be going through changes again, although I already went through puberty?

In case they are clogged pores, people say that putting a warm cloth over them will make them go away. Is this true?
