Unexplained bleeding

41yr old female non menopausal had normal cycle lasted 4days just as it was stopping it started up again then kinda went really light for additional 3 weeks than 4 days it started up heavy and has gotten heavier and I had to start wear 2 pads at time which sometimes don't even last 2hrs and the past 2 days ive passed several large blood clots and today I started with the cramping I am new to my job so I have no insurance to go to GYN and don't know what to do ER or just wait it out

Hi there.  Well, you could call your doctor.  I am wondering if you are actually having a miscarriage.  Women are still fertile in their 40's.  You could also be passing a cyst.  It is painful but common.  I tend to wait a bit myself but if the pain gets intense or the bleeding is worse, I'd make contact with a doctor by either calling or going to be seen.  I think the rule of thumb is if you have blood clots the size of a quarter, you should call.  good luck

Personally, I wouldn't wait it out. I would suggest making an appointment
with your family doctor and telling your doctor what's going on for you.
