Unexplained nausea, dizzy/lightheadedness, fatigue, and cramps in abdomen. Meaning?

Does anyone have any idea what this could mean? I'm 21 years old and I randomly started having these symptoms after my last cycle which ended on August 24th. They're on and off throughout the day and they come in waves. I guess an important disclaimer would be to mention that me and my s/o had unprotected sex on August 14th. Now I'm hoping it's not THAT but you never know. I just wanted to quite literally get anyone else's opinion on this and try to figure out what it may be if not... that. So what could it be? Pls feel free to share what you may think it is I'd really appreciate it!

Since you had a period after the unprotected sex, it's unlikely that you're pregnant unless you had sex again after the period. And of course, 15 days (even without the period) is very soon for someone to have pregnancy symptoms. I assume you weren't wearing a mask when having sex, did you test for Covid? It can manifest in a lot of ways, including GI issues and dizziness.
