Unsteadiness/Numbness in arms and legs...

I have been having numbness all over in arms, legs, trunk, right leg colder than rest, unsteady, very unbalanced. MRI of neck shows multilevel degenerative joint and disk disease. Most effected level is C7-T1, which demonstrates a left paracentral disk protrusion, with severe central canal stenosis. Mild deformation of the left anterolateral aspect of the cord at this level. Some mild increased signal in sagittal t2 wwighted images at this level within the cervical cord,, consistent with myomalacia.   Multilevel disk osteophyte complexes. mild stenosis seen at C4-C5 with mild to moderate central canal stenosis seen at C6-C7,,,  What does this all mean, I have a follow up with a neurologist  next week.. Any answers will help at this time.  What type of treatments are available for this..
