Thanks. This actually happened over a year ago, and I am completely disabled. I went back to her a few days after surgery and they did a ct, nothing ruptured. I am still in constant pain.
I was wondering what instructions others recieved.
Her lawyer said it is not necesary to provide info before the surgery beause it is not a serious procedure, and, the post ops were correct, but, everything I've seen suggests the surgery not be done unless there is a blockage of organs and a minimum 2 weeks bedrest is required????
Call the doctor. He should not have told you to go back to work in 3 days, but given that you did, he should get you an emergency ultrasound to check for internal bleeding.
