Hello,
The normal size of uterus in centimetres is said to be (7.6 cm) long, 4.5 cm broad (side to side) and 3.0 cm thick. However, it varies depending on the age and hormonal state of the woman.

You cannot increase the uterine size on your own but certain conditions in which the size of uterus increases are pregnancy, H.mole, uterine fibroids, adenomysosis and benign or malignant conditions of uterus.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
