VERY painful (like needles) in my clit, white bump on it.

Ok, so for the past three years or so, I've had this feeling every once in a while of, like, a needle being jammed into my clitoris. Up until today, I thought it may have been a hair or something that was poking it. I've found a small white ball (the size of a poppy seed) on the right side of my clitoris. And for the past week, the pain is worse than it's ever been before. I double over in pain when I walk, sit or even if I'm lying down and not moving a muscle. It isn't genital warts, a bartholin gland cyste or lichen sclerosis. It definitely isn't an STD/STI because it's been going on for three years. - I've only been "sexually active" (not full on sex. A little bit of foreplay. I realize that you can catch an STD/STI from most (if not all) bodily fluids) for two years. It looks like a pimple except for the redness that you would normally expect around a pimple. Whenever I touch to clean (with water, of course) it feels like 5 sewing needles are jamming into it and I double over and cry out in pain.

If this information helps, I have irregular periods (vary approximately 5-7 days and are typically 30-37 days apart), I sometimes have cramps before my period, with the pain, in these instances, shooting all the way into my ovaries. I will have cramps so bad that pain killers (two extra strength, 4 hour relief Midols) stop working after an hour. If I don't take pain medication before I even suspect a cramp, the pain is still there, but only dulled, until the pill stops working and my cramp is in full blow. My cramps can go anywhere from mild (slight discomfort and lasting 10 mins) to extreme (6-8 hours of sitting on the toilet with a cramp, bleeding and diarrhea, I'll have a bowl to my face that I'm throwing up in due to the pain, and I've fainted three times because the pain was so intense. They've gotten to a point where I've begged mom (who is an ex veterarian) to cut out my uterus while crying). Also, my mom suspects that I have ovarian cysts like she had because ovulation can become so painful that I double over in pain. I am also 16 years of age and the pain like this has been going on since I was 13.

I have made an appointment with my doctor for Tuesday but it would be nice to have even the slightest clue as to what might be happening to me before then.

Thank you!!
