Vaginal Bumps
So I've had all my test for STD's and they were negative but I keep getting bumps on my labia and once on the tip of my clitoris. The labia bumps are kind of big and look like water bumps but they hurt so much. What could cause them?

This bump can be due to folliculitis, boils or cysts. But if you are sexually active then herpes sores is an important possibility. For such bumps, you should keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and warm compresses. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get herpes ruled out. The only way of ruling it out is by getting yourself tested for genital herpes. Laboratory tests include: culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
