If its a normal period, I wouldn't. Because you had a normal period.
If its not a normal period (very light) I'd take a test to make sure... Or just to make me feel better.
And make sure you get and use protection from now on. You don't want to go through this again.

It sounds like you were mistaking natural lubricant for precum. Precum would come right before he ejaculates, and your boyfriend would most likely have no clue.

It is normal for your period to start out brown. But if it was only a very tiny bit, and then light pink spotting after it could be implantation bleeding. It sounds like you had a regular period to me though. Considering you said you said it got heavier after two days. Also it sounds to me like you don't understand what precum is.
I would suggest birth control if you are active. And condoms, considering the STDs out there. Be careful

So you think I should still take a pregnancy test after my period is done just to make sure?

I'd wait a couple (1 or 2) more days... Then take a new test, or call a Dr. You could be late due to stress too.
Just remember that if you don't want to get pregnant, you must use protection each and every time.... No exceptions.

i was supposed to get it this week & I did but when it first started it I was spotting like brown fluid or it could be blood I wasn't sure. but usually I would get my period right away with out spotting & this time I did & when I wiped sometimes I would see blood it was red.

Give it another few days. When are you supposed to get your period? Knowing when you are supposed to get it can help you find out if you are late or not. If you are supposed to get it soon, wait. Cause it might be coming soon. If you are late, then take another test. Or call your Dr.
Aside from that.... ALWAYS use protection. Pulling out is NOT a good way to protect yourself against pregnancy. Just protect yourself from beginning to end.
Good luck....
