Vaginal Rash

Hi,

Im having a vaginal rash. The symtoms are my Vagina is Itchy and there are small pimples formed on my vagina. This itch is very high during nights I have tried a couple of creams but looks like no change. Can any one tell me a simple way to trat this..

you need to go see your gyn. you might have an infection or std. i know sounds creepy. but there could really be something really wrong and needs checking. if you tried otc creems and stuff and its not working its worth taking the time to see your doc.

I agree with Raven.. Not sure what types of OTC medications you tried, but things like Vagisil WON'T treat a yeast infection, just maybe ease the itching. In my opinion that stuff is a complete waste of money, especially now that women can purchase Monistat and such OTC. Monistat is great for treating yeast infections but it is recommended taht if you have never had one before that you see your doctor first just to make sure that this is what you have. You may need Rx antibiotics depending on what the doctor finds. Try not to worry too much but you really should see your Gynocologist just to be on the safe side, and definitely avoid unprotected sex as you could pass something back and forth with your partner.
