Vaginal itching

I had what I thought was a yeast infection and used Monistat 3 and it cleared up. A week later it started to itch again but not as severe and not as often. I thought it was because I was using soap to clean it. But I'm not sure.

Also,  cattt,  if you severely cut your sugar it will help your yeast infection go away.  Yeast thrive on sugar.  So if you cut out candy and cakes,  soda,  white breads and alcohol,  fruits and fruit juices,   and instead concentrate on plain vegetables and meats an plain organic natural yogurt  for several days your yeast will starve.

It's probably a yeast infection I started itching severely and didn't know what it was I bought the 3 day treatment for yi it helped lessen the itch but it didn't go away then it increased so I used the cream that came w the 3 day kit that didn't work used extra strength vagisil that didn't work then yesterday I went to the Dr she did a pelvic and tooka swab of discharge and told me that my month long itch was from a yi and she said that at home treatment only works 50% of the time so she gave me a rx for an oral antifungal its just one pill... I took it yesterday... I feel your pain/itch
