Very Dry, Itchy, Crusted Labia Minora

I woke up today to an uncomfortable feeling down there and noticed my labia Minora was super dry. Two days ago it was very swollen and tender, but the swelling went down in about 8 hours. Also, about four days ago I noticed little, flesh-colored bumps on my vagina(about 2 or 3), right in the entrance, but they seem to be going away. They looked just like raised skin. But anyways, now today I woke up and my left labia is very dry, so dry that it has crusted and some parts, like right by the clit and and top edge feel hard and crusted. I recently got a new boyfriend and we just had sex for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I really hope this is not an STD. He's only had 1 other sexual partner. Also, I am a college student, living on my own, and I don't have very much money to get a whole bunch of testing done. My bank account is literally at $0. So, I'm trying here first. What could this be?!

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem and am very worried about an STD.

Planned Parenthood will also do STD tests, and they base charges on your income.

What about your local health clinic?  They should test you for STD's for free. - Blu
