hey there... a couple of weeks ago i also felt a small lump in my inner labia the size of a pea... it doesnt itch... went to the ob-gyn today and was told its not alarming, its tender and loooks like a boil, possibly just caused by irritant (sanitary napkin, perhaps daw) though to be sure i have undergone a transvaginal ultrasound but found nothing and a papsmear test... still waiting for the result of that one though...

im still doing my own research though... please enlighten me with comments and suggestions... tnx in advance...
