Vinegar smelling discharge

My vagina always used to smell like the normal musky scent but after having sex with a guy I noticed that my underwear has been smelling like vinegar for about a month now. I've gone to the doctors to get checked for stis and a yeast infection which I had neither of. What's wrong & how do I make my normal smell come back?

Could just be the smell made from being in contact with him. I guess it will fade over time.

1have you cut up any onions . A smell on your hand will interact with body smells. 2. Could it just be the smell the 2 of you make together?
