Wanto get pregnant soon

Hi, I am married for around 14 months. Since it's a late marriage at 27, I was trying to conceive asap. unfortunately i had a miscarriage 6mon ago, due to ectopic pregnancy & got it removed through methotroxate injection. Doc adviced us to leave a break & to start trying again from this May & put me under the following medications like Clomid & Endogest. Since no results for last 3mon, we took a TVS pelvic scan today, which shows the results as 'No mature follicle in Left ovary & 1 Follicle in right ovary of size 1.3 * 1.3 cms, endom.thickness-3 mm. My doc advised me to repeat the same scan on alternate days from day-after tomorrow & show her the reports. She said I dont need any injection to grow the follicle now & let it happen on its own...So pls advise & explain me whether I am going in the right path & what further steps I have to take to get conceived soon? Will Ectopic pregnancy recur?
