Well I went to the doctor the other day and he said that there nothing wrong with me. He also said that I'm not pregnant but I kinda figured I wasn't. The doc says that it may have somethind to do with me losing weight, exercising, and eating healthier foods then what I use to eat.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If you had a D+C done after the miscarriage or got it checked from a gynecologist then it is unlikely that you are pregnant. These fluttering sensations can be due to peristaltic movements of the stomach or due to muscle cramps of abdomen.

Frequent abdominal muscle cramps are seen in prolonged exercise, stress and anxiety, anemia, dehydration and deficiency of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium and in serious disorders like myotonia, vascular disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.

It would be better to get it checked from your doctor which can clear cut confirm a diagnosis from the above possibilities.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
