Welts/Rash/Tiny blisters/HORRIBLE ITCHINESS

I am having these small bumps that act like blisters that are appearing on my arms, hands, and chest that itch really bad. I also have welts that are appearing on my legs and hands that are itchy, and burn constantly. I cant stop the itching, and I end up scratching to where I bleed.
I went to the doctor, there is no clue on what to do. He thought it was an allergic reaction and put me on a steroid to help, but it didn't, it just seems to of gotten worse. it is now making its way down to my feet and up my neck. I thought it was some type of bug that I was getting bite by, but there is nothing in my house due to my kids and husband not having this issue. We have not changed anything that was use, such aas soap and such. But as the doctor requested I stopped using stuff to see if that was the cause, aand of course, it wasn't. Same with foods. My I am desperate, because my body is hurting from the scratching and its starting to leave big sores. I am afraid they are going to get infected but I cant stop itching. I have tried the steroids, itch creams, lotions, baby oil, new bed, new bedding, baby powder, witch hasel, calomine lotion, baby powder, NOTHING WORKS!!! Please help! I feel like this issue is keeping me from my life.

I also forgot to mention that I do have the Mirena in and the dr states that this could be or could not be the cause. Not sure if it is.

Okay, I have something for you to try.  It may not work, but it should not be harmful.  1% Tolnaftate spray.  Otherwise known as jock itch (tinea cruris) spray.  It is to cure itching, burning, and chafing, which you have.  You use it twice a day.  I would try it on ONE small area first, to see if it works or not, and go from there.  I know my husband used it, and his went away in about 7 days, give or take. - Blu
