What is going on with my woman parts?

I'm a 38 year old female. I do not drink nor do drugs but I smoke cigarettes. Im obese with high blood pressure. I take Prilosec otc. I've had 2 c-sections. The last one was in 2015 and my tubes were tied. I have a uterine fibroid outside my uterus. No gallbladder.

My period is 17 days late. (Always regular and heavy.) 3 weeks ago I started craving ice and cheese its. A week before my period I bled 3 days but each day was like a one time a day, very light blood. I had some cramps as usual but when the time came for my period, nothing. A week ago, a home pregnancy test was negative. I started having slight abdominal pain and pelvic pain where ovaries sit. 3 days ago I started waking up around 5am and would be nauseous but would go back to sleep. Still with the cramps and slight abdominal pain. Yesterday and today at noon, I would have bad abdominal cramps and for 2 hours would go poop off/on. At first, I would feel better but immediately cramp again. From noon till about 6pm, the last 2 days, I feel extremely fatigued, have chills, feel feverish without fever, and feel bad. The lower pelvic pain shoots down my left thigh as well. I'm eating, drinking, urinating, pooping fine otherwise.

There's so many things I think it could be: anemia, IBS, cyst, UTI, ectopic pregnancy but I'm not sure. Can anyone help?

Hello.  It's such a pain to be a woman sometimes, isn't it?  So . . .  because you had your tubes tied, I always worry about a ectopic pregnancy but in truth, I really doubt it.  You have to rule it out though so see your doctor for this.  But otherwise, this sounds just plain old hormonally related.  The same way we are a mess when pregnant, we are a mess when our hormones get jacked up and this can happen unexpectedly out of nowhere.  Would guess that this is the situation.  And yes, I guess IBS could be the culprit as well.
So, this was admittedly not too helpful because you need a doctor to examine you for real answers.  Go and please come back and let me know what they said!
