Whit little bump on the vulva ?

I had sex on a Thursday night which was very rough. I was very sore and inflamed down there. Then I noticed a little white bump because I had started to itch. I have little like paper cuts near the opening of my vagina. It's been 4 days and the bump is gone just a little red with no scab looks like skin. I'm not sure if this is herpes or from a yeast infection ???!!!!

Thanks for the help. I really needed a positive look on things. But I went to the dr. And she said that the bump didn't look like a herpes bump. She took a swab to it and sent it to the lab. I'm also pregnant. Which I didn't know about so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it at all.

The little paper cuts are vaginal tears. I've gotten these a few times with my current bf because he's on the larger size. Use lots of lube if you don't produce enough of your own, and take a break form the sex until you heal down there.  Not sure what the white bump is.  If it's tiny, it's probably just like a pimple. I get those all the time down there.  They're not like pimples in other places.  They're not infected.  It's basically just a skin irritation.  Get a mild vaginal wash to use to restore your pH because that might be disturbed from having sex, especially if you used a new lube or condoms or something that you usually don't.  Avoid soaps, perfumes, anything like that.

Oh, just noticed you said rough.  Yeah, that would do it.  Go slower next time and like I said, lube, lol.  Unless you're willing to be sore like that for that kind of sex, then more power to you.  I don't think you have an STD though. Just be careful when you pee.  When your urine gets into the tears, it's gonna sting really badly. Lean forward so it doesn't drip down as much into that area :)  And then use a flushable wet wipe to wash the remaining urine off. Be gentle with anything you use down there!

You should definitely set a doctors appointment that sounds just like genital herpes
