White splotches on lips, and Red spots on tongue.

Please help, I'm very worried!
The day before yesterday I got a very soar throat, as though maybe I've got streapt. I kind of shrugged it off, though it pained me all yesterday, and it made swallowing very difficult.
Yesterday I noticed little bit of a white splot on the inside of my upper left lip.
I scratched it off to the best of my abillity, and washed it down the sink. It almost felt as though I had been eating something rough on that side, and my lip was just sour from that.
This morning, however, I found more big white splotches among my lips; on both sides, top and bottom, but more on the left top. The area I had scratched the white stuff earlier has become very red, and very sour, slightly swollen as well. My lips are burning, and stinging so bad right now!
My tongue has also began to feel rough, and today I noticed small little red dots, no bigger than a pin head, scattered on my tongue. Most of them were on the left side, while there were a few scattered on the top of my tongue. My tongue feels very rough, and hurts, and more and more throughout the day, the harder it is for me to talk because of my lips and tongue. My throat is still paining me as well.

If anybody could help me, I'd appreciate it a whole lot!
I dont quite have that budget to go to the docters or the dentist, so I'd like to hear comments before push comes to shove, thank you.

(It's really hurts...)

Thanks...
Yeah, I have this college I was going to check out tommorow, though, and yes, I know, my priorities are a little mixed up, but the school is very important to me, and I really want to be there. After that, then I'll freak out. (I'm not letting myself freak quite yet)

The problem has grown A LOT since yesterday when I posted about this.
I had a lot less of the white splotches on my lips, and what I still had, I picked off. (It's like an extra, thick, yet slimy skin that you really have to peal off.)
There was dried blood all up on my lips when I first woke up, but since I have cleaned it out real well, all I have now are red blisters all around.
My lips are -very- swollen.
My tongue has caught onto the slimy white stuff, and now my whole tongue, from front to very back where I cant see, is now WHITE, with an exeption where some of the white stuff had been scraped off.

I'm having troubles moving my tongue at all. Any movement hurts it a lot, and some movements are just impossible for my tongue to do now. It's very painful, and it is even more sencitive than my lips were, so I cant just peal off the white stuff.

Mucus is all in my mouth, rather than saliva, and I find sometimes I'm choking for air.

Just recently, I checked my mirror and noticed the white stuff is beginning to grow on my uvula!! I cant see far back enough to see if it's on my toncils or anything, but I most deffinately see the splotches of growth on my uvula.

I cant seem to find anything on the web to explain what this is.

Even once I do go to the school tomarow, I couldnt see a docter till monday or tuesday, unless I'm called to the emergency room. (I doubt the problem is that bad, but with the way this is growing, who know.)

Listerine doesnt seem to be helping, fyi.

It really does sound like you need to be seen by a dr. It could be thrush or something viral. But, it can be treated with meds by prescription. Hope you are feeling better soon and keep us posted on your progress.Check with the dr's offices around. There are some clinics that offer a sliding scale fee depending on your income for payment. Others may offer a payment plan.
