Why am I so itchy around my Libia and inner thigh area can anyone please help me?

Okay I am 23 years old and I have been suffering from severe itching between my Libia and inner thighs. It has gotten so bad that I break the skin and cause myself to bleed from it.. I have no idea what it is or what to do about it.. I've been to doctor's about it but they don't tell me anything... Except one said it was eczema. However I have tried everything I can possibly think of and nothing helps... Can someone please help me?? Please and thank you.

Eczema can definitely itch like that.  I had itching on my back and have no history of eczema. Other than my itching, I didn't see anything but wow, It itch like crazy.  I was miserable.  Turns out it was dry skin and eczema.  I used an over the counter cream that was kind of pricy at 18 dollars for a tub of it, but it did the trick.  It's like aquafor in its consistency but made specifically for eczema.  Did the doctor who said you have this have suggestions?  I do think you need some input from the doctor who told you that.  Another possibility is dermatitis from an unknown contaminant.  From the thigh to your labia, you should be able to apply Cortaid if this is suspected or the eczema cream.  But really, directions on that should come from a doc so that's really the best thing to do.  I do know that once I start itching, it's like my nerve endings go crazy . . .  so try your very best not to itch as it makes you want to itch more.  good luck
