Why do I have black vaginal bleeding and severe abdominal/vaginal pain

I am 49 years old and I had a hysterectomy almost 12 years ago so obviously I no longer get my period. I started having problems 11 years ago after I had a bladder lift surgery. I have been having extremely severe pain in the very bottom of my stomach that are worse then my period cramps were and also vaginal pain but about a year ago I started to have dried black blood in my underwear every now and then but now I have had it for the last 3 days. It is hard to tell if it just very dry blood or what they call the kind that looks like coffee grounds because it kinda looks like both. My abdominal pain is so severe I have been to the ER several times and they don't find anything wrong. The vaginal pain is also severe to the point I literally have to walk around and hold my crotch. I have seen several Dr's and was told that it could be from the Mesh from the bladder surgery but they say it's not but that's when it all started. I am very scared as to what it could be from especially since I haven't been sexually active for 10 years nor do I get my period or have a reproductive system due to hysterectomy for Adenomyosis. I think that is what it's called. No one seems to have the same circumstances as I do. I don't know what else to do. One of the Dr's at the ER told me I should have exploratory surgery but my Dr of 6 years doesn't listen to me or help me. I have 4 children and 11 grandchildren and I feel like a burden to all of them. I am always in so much pain I can hardly function. I literally have to curl up in a ball with my legs pressing on my stomach and my hands squeezing my crotch to relieve some of the pain. I cry and cry and cry. I am already on a lot of pain meds for my back and neck and those don't even touch a bit of my stomach pain. I really desperately need help. This has been so debilitating and severe I have wanted to commit suicide several times. I need answers. Please can anyone help me????  I have already been going though this for 11 years and I can't do it anymore!!!!!
