Why is my clitoral hood swollen on one side?

The left side of my clitoral hood and top of labia minora are swollen. I have intense vaginal itching and it hurts when I apply pressure to it. It also burns when I urinate.
I am 16 and sexually active, me and my boyfriend have sex almost every day without protection but I have the implant.
I've had thrush multiple times so I'm used to itching and burning but not this swelling near the clitorus and  I haven't noticed any vaginal discharge. I'm bleeding lightly and I thought it was my first period on the implant but I'm not too sure now and I'm getting really worried I have something serious.
The swollen area is more than double the size my labia minora/clitoral hood should be and when I squeeze it I can feel something kind of solid almost like a vein that has become swollen.
The area is skin coloured and soft but painful.
Please can someone help me?
