Why is there thin, clear discharge coming out of me?

ended my period a week or so ago. it was normal I guess. The next day after it ended I went to see my cousin and I've always had this weak bladder problem, doctor's can't figure out what's causing it, and this hasn't happened in a long time but I had to pee and stood up and straight up pissed myself. That's when the clear discharge started. It's clear and thin and it just gushes out. It happens very often and now I'm noticing a strange smell. I can't quite describe it but I know it's coming from my vagina. I'm really worried as to what this might be, can anyone help me??
