My periods have been very irregular for the past three months. My regular cycle of 30 days has extended. Right now I am in the 46th day of my cycle and still no signs of Aunt Flow.

I had random spotting during the ovulation time(never experienced this before). I am 30 years old and had recently gained weight. I am really worried and cannot seey doctor before the 20th of this month. Has anyone else ever experienced this? What could be the reason for this?
