Hello
I have tried and tried to find an answer to my problem for a year now. Ive searched on yahoo answers and various sites asking questions and i have not yet found any help :( my problem has gotten so  bad I feel I am becoming suacidle :(
I will tell it from the start to you get a good like sight on whats going on pleaseee try your best to help any comments are welcome  im kinda desperate.
Ok well I'm 18, and about a year ago i was at college and i started getting pains in both my sides, it wud hurt to walk and i would get a twinge of pain every few seconds. it past after around 2weeks and tbh, stupid as I am i hate going to the doctors so I didnt go.
Then about 2months afterwards, I started to get this feeling down below, I wasnt sure where exactly it was coming from but it felt a bit like my clit, tbh at first i thought i was just 'horney' which was kinda out the blue and unexpected, but then it wouldnt go away and I started feeling it in the day times too. I got really worked up & would cry and stuff. && then it went away for around a month then came back , this time it lasted longer, but then went again, came back , went, then all of a sudden at around August 08 it came back , this time never really going and if it did only for a day, only to come back worse than before. I had been the doctors around 5times only to get angry with how the doctors tried to tell me it was anxiety yet i felt fine in life and without this i would of been extremely happy i was always happy and enjoyed my life. So i decided to see a nurce instead as I felt it would be easier for me to talk to a women about this, she took a urine sample and told me I had a uti however I didnt feel any pain during passing urine, thou after a couple of months i started to feel the pain and went on anti biotics a following 3 times, the feeling was there, and this time i experienced pain when weeing sometimes extreme sometimes little sharp pains. I also had on and off pain on my sides, but the doctor told me it was due to my cicle. After i had a wee i could feel sensation within my clit that didnt go away for days, it was annoying and very destressing and occurs now on a day to day basis I am not sure if it is a swollen cliterus or not cus i dont know what that is :( or looks like. I am only 18 and I have not long been sexually active, I started to get discharge, quite alot so i went back to my nurce who took blood tests and swabs for any std, or sti's however they came back negative.  So now i am stuck with no idea to what is wrong, i cry everyday unsure of if i will have this forever, i am at uni and i cant concentrate and hate getting out of bed, i cry myself to sleep as I am uncomfortable, with the sensation thats not even painful just uncomfortable, and not wanted :( i know iv wrote alot and it may seem a bit all over the place, but please, any body have any ideas? :( thankyou  x

I'm not an expert, but I have lived a bit longer than you (I'm 54 :) ).  Do you happen to wear you pants loose or tight?  The reason I ask this is if you're wearing your pants tight, you may be irritating your genital area.  I remember when I was younger, in my twenties, and used to wear my jeans tighter than I do now that I'm an old lady, LOL, I used to feel similiar feelings to what you are describing.  Let me know if what I'm asking is on target.  If so, you may want to either wear your clothes looser or wear skirts for awhile, and see if that helps to heal that sore area.  I'd like to be able to help.
