Hello,
The symptoms that you are having look like due to side effects of the depo shots which should get better in a few days. If it persists even after three months or the spotting is accompanied with heavy bleeding then get an evaluation done from a gynecologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. HI,
Depo shots can be associated with periods of absent menses or they can also cause irregular bleeding. However your bleeding has been quite prolonged for two weeks and it is also associated with pains. Hence I suggest that you consult your Doctor. a pelvic examination will help make the diagnosis.
