Wound outside of my vagina..please help!

Last week, I got what I think was a pimple on my inner thigh. Right where your underwear rest outside of your vagina. It was painful, and I tried to relieve it with warm compresses to get it to pop. Well, it popped on Friday 6/22. It was brown at first and smelled, and the the blood turned red. I was not worried at this point since I cleaned it out real good, and put gauze in my underwear to catch any blood, thinking it would heal up.

So, here we are today, and it still has bouts of bleeding. Especially in the morning, it bleeds bright red. It seems like a lot of blood, but it's really not. I wear a maxi pad for the day, and there is not a lot of blood, but there is some through out the day.

It's not infected, and it's clean, but I can't get it to close up because of the spot it is in. It's right where the elastic of my underwear leg rests, so when i move, it moves too. I tried to go without, and am afraid of having a bleeding episode.

Any ideas on what I can do to try and speed up the healing of this. I thought of going to the GC or even a walk in clinic to have them look at it, but am not sure if they can do anything for me.

Thanks for any help you can give me :)

Ok, so I was finally able to get a good look at what it was. I think the pimple was a secondary thing. It looks like my skin got worn away right where my panties sit. Either my underwear rubbed it away, or when whatever it was burst, it split right there.

I think I have to go to the doctor at this point. Should I go the OB doc or regular doc or this one?

ugh...

I thought about trying the Band Aid Liquid Bandage to try and close it up. I read it doesn't sting when you apply it. Any thoughts?

It's probably hard to heal cause your under wear is in the way... What I would do is try to aire it out at night just wear a night gown..... when your home not going out try to void underwear much as possible.........See if that helps you.....It sounds like a spot wear it's hard to heal cause your underwear is aggavating it..Don't  pick at it leave it alone.......Hope you feel better.
